About Me
I am a researcher in quantum technologies, working on experimental aspects of quantum transport and device physics. My interests lie in understanding charge and spin behavior in mesoscopic systems, with an emphasis on careful measurement and practical device relevance. I approach research with curiosity, patience, and a respect for the complexity of working at the quantum scale.

Refining Au/Sb alloyed ohmic contacts in undoped Si/SiGe strained quantum wells
Journal ArticlePublisher:Journal of Physics: Condensed MatterDate:2025Authors:Lucky Donald L KynshiUmang SoniChithra H SharmaShengqiang ZhouMadhu ThalakulamDescription:This work addresses the challenges of implementing Au/Sb as an ohmic contact to an undoped Si/SiGe system and presents a simple recipe to establish high-efficiency contacts to realize shallow enhancement mode devices. The electrical characteristics of the alloyed contacts are similar to those realized by phosphorus ion-implantation, suggesting that this method can serve as an alternative method for the realization of quantum devices on shallow undoped Si/SiGe heterostructures.
